Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Media business with offices based in London to recruit a Head of HR Operations on a permanent basis.
As the Head of HR Operations you will be responsible to align the businesses HR policies, processes and systems to deliver the wider people strategy. They will ensure that the business has the necessary data, capabilities and tools to manage the compliance obligations and achieve the businesses objectives.
Lead and define the implementation of policies and processes at each stage of the employee lifecycle in line with the HR Strategy.
Ensure that all policies are in line with compliance.
Manage to system and ensure that all staff are trained, and that there are processes are designed and implemented to ensure it runs efficiently.
Strong management of third party providers, including managing tenders and ongoing relationship management.
Manage and implement an excellent shared services function.
Experience of using Workday is essential.
Exposure to lean methodology is highly desirable.
Experience of upscaling and building a HR Shared Service function is essential.
