Head of HR/HR lead
6 month FTC - Technology, West London

Our client is seeking a career motivated HR Professional to join their team. This would suit a Senior HRBP looking for their next move!
Our client is a leader in their field, looking for a dynamic, driven career motivated looking to progress within a Technology based matrix, commercial global organisation.

The role;

The role will partner with senior business stakeholders and the VP to drive performance and implement their people strategy

Main Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to drive and implement the people strategy that supports business strategy
Build a strong relationship with the senior leadership team in order to partner them.
Support elements of business transformation, driving improvements in business performance through capability.
Review and improve organisational design to ensure maximum efficiency together with the highest standards in customer experience.
Implement and evaluate people initiatives and ensure appropriate resourcing and delivery
recruitment process.
Promote a high performance culture and ensure talent is identified and developed to contribute to our competitive edge.
Support the Reward strategy ensuring current practices

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a generalist role at a management level in a commercial environment of delivering a proactive HR strategic service and implementing a people strategy in line with business objectives.
Fully CIPD Qualified (or equivalent business qualification).

Degree educated or proven work experienceA high level understanding of all aspects of HR and Talent Management, ideally through working in a commercial organisation such as a FMCG

A high level of skills in managing major organisational change.

Strong coaching, facilitation and consultancy skills with a proven track record of being able to influence at all levels and especially the Executive level.
Highly skilled at managing relationships and conflicting priorities at a senior level.
Exceptional influencing skills.
High degree of commercial acumen, high potential looking to make next step in their career.
Excellent communication skills.
