Head of HR, Multi Site - 3 Direct reports @ HRM level

Locations: London - Lincoln

Competitive Basic Salary + Car + Bonus + Benefits

  • Head of HR will report to the Managing Director & Group HRD
  • Overseeing the HR support for the Division across the UK which includes Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, Agricultural Field Support, Logistics and Technical Teams
  • This is a hands on role, responsible for the day to day management of all human resources activities within the UK  Foods Division, which includes recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits as well as industrial relations working closely with the Senior Management Team and managing 3 x HRMs
  • Pure generalist role spanning ER / Recruitment / Talent / Training / Performance Management / Change Management

You must be:-

  • Fully flexible regarding travel and hours worked
  • Experience of working within an SME FMCG or retail environment and can provide evidence of working on their own and the ability to set up new practices and procedures
