Our client, a FTSE 250 business, are currently investing heavily in their people agenda and are currently recruiting a high potential Head of Learning
Key areas of expertise are required for the following:
· Design of management/leadership programmes as well as functional programmes (eg Finance).
· Whilst initial focus is on the white collar population, this person must have strong experience of working with blue collar populations and creating learning interventions/offers.
· Experience in creating blended learning solutions.
· Experience of managing the implementation and roll out of an LMS (any Workday experience would be beneficial) and creating easy to use learning pathways - pathways with alignment to competencies would be extremely beneficial.
This role has direct visibility to both the Group Talent Director and a dotted line to the Group HR Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced development professional to step up within an exciting organisation and make a genuine impact on the L&D strategy and business culture.
