In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the creation and implementation of all training and development strategy both nationally and globally. You will work with the directors of the business to put a business plan into place and will work with employees to discuss a development plan to meet each of their requirements. You will be a key part of the business and will get on board numerous ongoing projects.
A motivated and enthusiastic team member who is focused and driven is needed for this role. Experience of working with directors at a strategic level is required, as is the ability to design and implement new ideas to meet company needs and future plans. Experience of working overseas is desirable.
