Head of Learning and Development
£80,000-£90,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Annapurna are looking for someone to take a Head of Learning position for a FTSE250 business who are currently investing heavily into their people development agenda.
Key areas of expertise are required for the following:
· Design of management/leadership programmes as well as functional programmes (eg Finance).
· Experience in creating blended learning solutions.
· Whilst initial focus is on the white collar population, this person must have strong experience of working with blue collar populations and creating learning interventions/offers.
· Experience of managing the implementation and roll out of an LMS (any Workday experience would be beneficial) and creating easy to use learning pathways - pathways with alignment to competencies would be extremely beneficial.
This role reports directly into the Group Talent Director with a close connection with the Group HR Director also based in London. This role would be excellent for someone who is looking to take on a senior role with management responsibilities as well as the opportunity to build out and develop a learning and development agenda and culture.
