This is the first role of its type in our business – we appointed our first HR Director earlier this year and we now have a clear people strategy of which learning and leadership development are a key component.
As our Head of Learning and Leadership Development, you will work closely with our HR Director and the business and take autonomy of the organisations learning offering and continue to develop, innovate and build further on existing programmes in order to create truly best in class learning.
We’re looking for a real superstar of the learning/talent world, someone who is ambitious with long term goals to help take the organisation to the next phase of its evolution. We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of a senior L&D role who will have successfully delivered in a fast paced, demanding and dynamic environment. With both a design and delivery background, you will have experience of learning, talent, organisational development and diversity and have previously implemented/built out new learning offerings. Commercially astute, you will be skilled around competence and technical training development, management and delivery and have previous management experience.
