REACT Engineering is a leading independent engineering and project management consultancy business, primarily operating in the civil nuclear decommissioning sector. We are passionate about making a difference for our clients by helping them find pragmatic, innovative solutions to complex engineering, technical, organisational and project management challenges.
To support future ambitious growth and diversification plans, you will work with the senior leadership team to lead and coordinate all outward facing marketing and recruitment activities undertaken by the company. This is a senior role within the company with opportunities for further career development.
You will have responsibility for curating and developing the company brand, creating, and implementing innovative marketing and recruitment strategies to support company development objectives, managing the recruitment pipeline, attending events and developing strong relationships with potential clients, external stakeholders, education and training providers as well as Third Sector Organisations.
The successful candidate will be an experienced marketer and will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and/or hold a business, marketing or other relevant qualification. You will be happy operating in a standalone role where you will ultimately have full responsibility for marketing activities and for attracting new talent into the business. Previous experience in the engineering sector is not a requirement.
