Head of Organisation Design and Development
Our client, a leading UK Charity, are looking for a dynamic Head of OD to come and jon their London based HR Leadership Team.
This role will implement people initiatives with a focus on driving strategy. This role will enable the business design and delivery and ensure best practice moving forwards. You will be assessing the organisation to find gaps and streamline to drive efficiency, and will work alongside other Heads of (Including the Head of HR and Head of Change) to make recommendations on design and costs.
You will sit within a highly visible role working alongside the executive team and HR Director to make key decisions and work autonomously.
This role will suit somebody of a consultancy background seeking a strong internal platform or an individual with a strong execution focused background. - Be able to clearly exemplify prior experience in project management and implementation
