As Head of Organisational Development & HR Strategy, you will take the lead on organisational development, leading and shaping our OD & HR Strategy service to optimise our human resource and help ensure delivery of our objectives.
About the role
Reporting to and deputising for the Head of HR and working closely with Members and Corporate Management Team, you will lead and shape Merton’s OD and HR Strategy service, leading teams working across Learning & Development, HR Contracts, Pay & Reward and Employee Relations. You will:

You will bring a track record of successful OD leadership in complex organisations. You will be able to demonstrate how you have used your expertise to drive change and lead projects. You will be able to evidence working with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders including Trade Unions. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications are essential.
