I am seeking a Head of People who is looking for the excitment and challenge of building their own function (greenfield site). Building a function that supports the organisation's ambitious transformational programme and operational activity while supporting the delivery of our strategic priorities. Working and building together a direction from an inspiring leadership team reporting to the managing director.
The organisations expertise is grounded in professionalism and is an industry-recognised leader in their field (FMCG). Committed to building strong working partnerships across the community and working hand in hand with manfacturing and sales colleagues..
Applicants should be senior HR professionals, with ezxperience of working within a culturally diverse business, within a commercial setting. Experience of M&A is also a benefit to the ideal candidate.
With manufacturing sites in Pakistan and India, being able to speak Urdu or Punjabi would be a great addition.
You will be able to demonstrate evidence of your contribution in achieving measurable improvements, at an organisational level, across a range of HR activities. We are looking to appoint a motivational leader and credible, strong communicator who is committed to providing an excellent service.

You will have experience in:
- leading on the development and implementation of an HR model
- designing and creating best practice policies and procedures while embedding to create a modern working environment
- detailed knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- driving performance management, across the directorate and organisation, through analytics and KPIs
- being a role model for the values and behaviours of the organisation
- willingness to challenge underlying assumptions and the status quo
- Excellent people leadership skills and proven ability to motivate, develop and hold to account large and diverse teams
- M&A
- working with a diverse cultural team, Urdu or Punjabi as a language would benefit the ideal candidate greatly
