Head of People and Culture - Global Travel Company. A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to become part of the senior leadership team of a well known and reputable company, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of people initiatives. You will be responsible for partnering with the senior business leaders to develop and execute organisational and people strategies to align culture, structure and talent with business priorities. There is flexibility for this position to be based out of a number of UK offices across the South East and North West of England with national travel required in line with business needs.
Head of People and Culture Responsibilities
You will prioritise and build organisational capabilities, structures and process as well as behaviours. You will contribute towards and drive culture and engagement, build relationships with senior leaders, support with talent development initiatives, defining what the business needs are and building a pipeline to meet the business strategy. You will drive a high performance culture, manage strategic projects and develop a team. You will seek continuous performance improvement, measuring the success of people policies and procedures as well as analysing people data and trends to identify areas of improvement.
