This new role is a brilliant opportunity to drive their agenda and deliver a People service which values colleagues and puts them at the heart of what they do.
Every day is different in this varied and fulfilling role you will be responsible for the provision of a high quality People Service through all stages of the employee lifecycle with the aim to achieve their People strategy. You will be a trusted business partner working closely with the Senior Leadership team and managers to deliver the People strategy and ensure the achievement of their strategic goals.
About you

• Successful delivery in a similar HR level role
• Structured and results-orientated with ability to deliver under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent management skills with ability to develop and support high performance.
