As the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for meeting and delivering targets in line with the business's growth strategy. You will also ensure the successful management of the relationship with the RPO.
- Lead the recruitment function with the business.
- Effectively manage the relationship with the RPO.
- Work with the wider HR team to meet the organisations growth strategy.
- Liaise closely with senior business personnel to build relationships and meet company goals.
- Demonstrable experience managing a relationship with an RPO.
- Experience working within a high growth, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within a range of industry sectors
