Our client, a global financial services institution are looking for a Head of Recruitment.

They will be accountable for:

  • Relationship management at all levels.
  • Oversee the temporary, contract and permanent recruitment and all on boarding up.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Driving direct sourcing and ensuring effective ROI.
  • Reviewing and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice.
  • Leadership of a large, multi-sited team across 4 locations.
  • Manage and mentor on-site team members.
  • Performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in temp / perm recruitment and managing remote teams.
  • Experience in Professional Services such as Banking or Investment Banking/ Financial Services or RPO.
  • Driving continuous improvement for recruitment processes and diversity initiatives.
  • Implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Training and mentoring to assist staff meet tasks and objectives.
