Our client, a global financial services institution are looking for a Head of Recruitment.
They will be accountable for:
- Relationship management at all levels.
- Oversee the temporary, contract and permanent recruitment and all on boarding up.
- Ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
- Driving direct sourcing and ensuring effective ROI.
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial terms.
- Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice.
- Leadership of a large, multi-sited team across 4 locations.
- Manage and mentor on-site team members.
- Performance reviews.
- Extensive experience in temp / perm recruitment and managing remote teams.
- Experience in Professional Services such as Banking or Investment Banking/ Financial Services or RPO.
- Driving continuous improvement for recruitment processes and diversity initiatives.
- Implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Training and mentoring to assist staff meet tasks and objectives.
