This organisation has become truly Global, and is now operating in over 50 nations worldwide. As the company grows as does the HR department, and thus the Reward Function becomes even more vital.
This individual that we are looking for must;
- Have extensive experience in executive Compensation
- Have managed Pensions, both UK and Global
- Possess significant Remco experience
- Have had exposure to bonus and shareplans
- Along with preferable US experience.
