This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward manager to take that next step and gain some global exposure, all whilst learning from a highly talented and driven Reward Director.
* Global incentive design and development
* Design and implementation of a new Global Benefits platform
* Work with Pension team on a regular basis.
* Working with the growing Reward team to develop and implement a Reward offering that will drive performance and make a real differance to its employees.
* Senior Reward Manager experiemnce within a medium to small sized company, enabling them the ability to think on their feet and make quick decisions.
* Broad Reward expertise, preferable experience within the 'Not for profit' industry
* Experience in dealing with senior individuals across the wider business.
