This individual will head up the global Rewards team through a period of exciting change. This will involve several exciting projects across Compensation and Benefits.
The role responsibilities include;
* Reviewing the management global pay round
* Building and rolling out a new governance infrastructure across the business.
* Managing the global grading structure and job levelling
* Job benchmarking
Successful individual will have:
* Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of governance and regulations within this space.
* Experience of managing a compensation process from start to finish.
* Experience of designing variable pay schemes.
* Ideally experience in dealing with US Compensation and Benefits.
