Head of Talent Acquisition - £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client, a leading financial services & technology business is looking to recruit a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their growing business.

This is a really exciting, greenfield opportunity with huge potential to get involved in leading and developing the recruitment strategy, managing employer brand and building an excellent talent pool.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, design and implement recruitment strategy
  • Understand the most effective sourcing strategies and instill efficient procedures for hiring the best talent
  • Develop employer brand through LinkedIn, websites, events and candidate experience
  • Design, develop and implement the firm's graduate programme, build university relationships and build their graduate brand.

Essential skills:

  • International recruitment experience
  • Commercially savvy
  • Experience of building graduate schemes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
