Head of Talent Acquisition and Development

My client, a global Insurance firm is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead on a global recruitment strategy and set up the function.

They are looking for a proven leader of recruitment from within the financial services industry to help strengthen their current proposition within the firm.

The role will support the HR function and the wider business on all talent acquisition matters and they're looking for demonstrable experience as a 'Head Of' from the successful candidate. The role will also link into wider Talent Management projects across the business.

About the candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition from within the Financial Services / Professional Services space.
  • Global experience is essential.
  • Experience of leading recruitment strategies and setting up processes.
  • Talent Management experience also desirable.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and an intrinsic drive to achieve the task.
