Elevation HR are working with a leading Financial Services company based in Leeds, who are looking for a Maternity Contract (12 Months) as Head of Talent and L&D.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a changing organisation and work with the Executive team to deliver an Agenda for Change incorporating:
*Leadership development, focusing on overseeing 13 workstreams within the business and assessing their impact.
*Supporting the Leaders to manage through change, assessing and improving their capability to lead the business
*Produce Board information on the successes, changes and development through Learning & Development
*Internal Talent identification, matrix plotting and bespoke development plan creation and delivery.
*System Implementation for Performance development
*Apprenticeship Levy, Graduate Strategy formulation and FSA regulatory changes and compliance.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*An existing Head of Function with Management of a team is essential. This position needs someone who can immediately step in rather than see this as a "step - up" opportunity.
*Understanding of Financial Regulations and previous sector experience is a distinct advantage
*Proven ability of working at Executive level, from a Talent perspective and L&D assessment perspective
*Previous experience of leading a Change agenda.
