We are excited to be working exclusively with this global Growth & Innovation Company based in London & New York. With 55 employees and an impressive client base, this role will sit on the Senior Leadership team, working closely with the 3 managing partners as well as the employees who are a group of bright and Ambitious Ox/Bridge Millennials, who will need nurturing and developing to be the best they possibly can be.
We are looking to appoint a culture and Values led Head of Talent to implement a fun and engaging People & culture function. There are no employee relations issues in this business, it’s a gorgeous role to fully engrain your expertise as a talent specialist, working purely on making them the best place to work!
Who are they in the market, how do they promote their brand internally and externally, what is their employee value proposition!
They want someone to come with fresh ideas, be revolutionary, dare to be different and challenge the status quo! The usual HR Ideas just won’t work here, you will need to be thinking differently to ensure you are attracting the best talent in the land, making sure there is a pipeline of people queuing to get in as the business grows 20% year on year! You will make sure that people are talking about them as the best place to work. They will be winning awards for their amazing work and you will be the driving force behind this.
