Head of Talent, Learning and Culture - Up to £80,000

Our client, a growing media business with a global footprint, is looking for a Head of Talent, Learning and Culture to join their team.

As the main HR person for London, you will help to build and strengthen the company culture as well as design and deliver their L&D and Talent strategy.

Diversity and Inclusion is hugely important and will sit under the remit of this role.

This is an exciting time to join the business where there is an opportunity for growth and a clear platform to build and create their offering across; Talent Management, Learning, Leadership and D&I.

They are looking for:

  • Proven experience of designing, implementing and delivering Talent, Learning and Leadership programmes.
  • A creative flair and idea's person who can bring to life new initiatives around L&D and D&I as well as a can-do and executioner attitude as the successful person in this role will be the person designing and rolling these initiatives out.
  • Experience from within a high-growth sector or from within the creative arena is advantageous.
