Description

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across the UK to design, create and implement and national training campaign
  • Educate the business on new digital learning strategies
  • Be in training all levels - from entry/grad/apprenticeship through to senior leadership
  • Provide significant ROI
  • Feed into the HR 5 year strategic plan

Profile

  • Experienced L&D Manager
  • Be able to demonstrate both classroom and digital learning
  • Have created, designed and implemented strategic training
  • Based in the East Midlands
  • Industry sectors of particular interest would be retail or financial services/banking
  • Prepared to travel nationally
