Are you an established Head of HR with purely international experience?
Have you got experience of managing talent globally, ideally within a European remit?
I am delighted to be partnering with a leading Global MarComms Agency based in amazing central London offices, As part of a wider Talent team, this role will be solely responsible for the Talent Management of this exciting and ever changing agency.
Territories to be covered are across Germany, France, Italy and Spain and this role will be responsible for pipelining and identifying talent across EMEA, enabling global mobility in order to develop successful leadership and supporting the EMEA markets.
As a strategic business Partner, your role will be to transform the talent agenda, in order to attract, retain and develop high calibre talent in the business. You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify and implement new initiatives and projects.
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR / Talent professional with extensive experience within the media industry. You will have a calm and confident approach to talent Management, and have previous experience within a large matrix organisation. You will be used to working international markets and understand the different cultures and markets. You will have a consultative approach, with the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
