Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with one of our South Yorkshire based Healthcare providers looking to appoint a Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialist.

Operating as part of the wider Recruitment team and reporting into the Head of Talent, the role will specifically look at senior hires within the Group focusing on senior health care practitioners.

The role will be responsible for direct hiring of senior nursing professionals and ensuring a healthy management pipeline for several areas of the business and directly recruiting against workforce plans. This will include:

*Responsibility for delivering an efficient end to end recruitment process for managers and stakeholders across the organisation including attracting, vetting and assessing, including but not limited to senior nurse practitioners
*Effective and efficient advertising, headhunting and sourcing through adverts, linked in and networking
*Ensure pipeline meets on-going needs and predicted growth
*Develop attraction strategies and assessment methodologies to continue to develop the brand success and awareness
*Act as the main source of information and questions for management applications and delivering of data as for MI reports
*Design and deliver recruitment strategies and action plans
*Carry out all necessary compliance for applicants in a healthcare and vulnerable service user environment
*Manage the ATS system and associated administration and rigorous compliance
*Play a vital role in developing nationwide relationships with other care providers and agencies, talent spotting management level roles to create a fluid market map of recruiting opportunities
*Work with internal Marketing to maximize brand awareness and social media presence

To be successful you should have:

*Demonstrable recruitment process experience, utilising search tool and headhunting methodologies
*High level of capability around attraction and sourcing of senior roles
*Experience of recruiting senior healthcare professional e.g. senior nurses, occupational, psychiatric, mental health would be desirable
*Extremely high standards of care and process with regard to health and safety and welfare of service users and colleagues
*Strong and influential communicator with high energy and enthusiasm to succeed.
*Strong capability to successfully manage both internal and external stakeholders

The role will be paying up to £30k basic with up to £12k bonus (capped) annually. The role can work remotely, with c2 days in the South Yorkshire office.
