HR Administrator, Professional Services, London, £25,000

A renowned professional services business is looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join their London team. My client, an international business with members across more than 150 countries, is looking for a highly motivated person with a strong understanding of the HR functions gained in their previous administrative experiences.

The successful professional will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Managers, while developing within the business. In the first year, the HR Administrator will gain experience in using the HR Software, giving advice across the business to ensure the perfect functionality and supporting the directors on various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Mange the operational services;
  • Collaborate with the teams on various processes and projects;
  • Manage and maintain files in order and up to date;
  • Act as first point of contact;
  • Assist and support the teams on recruitment and leavers processes;
  • Contribute on improving programmes and processes;

Key Expectations:

  • Degree studies or equivalent;
  • Proved 1 year experience in an administrative role;
  • Strong IT skills;
  • Good time management and multitasking skills;
