HR Administrator 

A great HR Administrator opportunity with a national charity. 

Our client is a national charity that provides practical help to people who have been paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury. Through its projects and programmes, they offer practical support to the 40,000 people living with a spinal cord injury in the UK. To deliver this they employ 115 remarkable people. 

Position: HR Administrator 
Location: Stanmore, Middlesex 
Contract type: Part Time 
Hours: 10 hours per week - flexible 
Salary: £18,000 pro rata (£5,200 per annum) 
Benefits: 24 days pro rata annual leave plus bank holidays and various employee benefits including childcare vouchers and their Leisure Centre family membership

Closing Date: 27th July 2017 

About the Role: 

The HR Administrator will assist the Director of Operations with HR operations across the organisation. Key tasks include the management of recruitment across the organisation, maintaining staff records for all new employees and volunteers and monitoring absence and ensuring any absence information affecting payroll is passed onto the Finance Manager. 

Additionally you will run monthly reports from People HR ready for payroll and must be available to support members of staff with HR queries when necessary. 

About You: 

They are looking for a highly organised, efficient administrator to join their team. Reporting into the Director of Operations and working alongside their Finance Team, you will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi task and manage working time efficiently. 

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification. Experience working in a similar role is desirable but you must be organised and have excellent data inputting skills. The ability to use Microsoft Office packages is also essential. 

You may have experience of the following: HR Administrator, Human Resources Administrator, HR Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, HR Officer, Human Resources Officer, Human Resources, CIPD, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, NFP, Not for Profit etc.
