Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for a large distribution business in Sheffield, initially on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks which could be extended.
The role will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR administration service to the business. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a HR function however a very strong Administrator with a keen interest in HR will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
*Maintaining the HR database and employee files, ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate at all times
*Processing of all new starter and leaver paperwork
*Carrying out reference requests and right to work checks for new employees
*Preparation of letters in relation to terms & conditions, probation completions, references and other ad-hoc correspondence
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience of providing administration support within a HR function
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*High level of attention to detail
*Good knowledge of MS Packages and HR Software (desirable)
