Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a leading organisation in Bradford, looking for a HR Administrator
The successful candidate will work within a strong existing HR team handling all aspects of HR administration supporting HR and Operational Managers across the business.
In this role you will be responsible for:
*Inputting and maintaining all employee files, both computer and paper based.
*Updating a HR database
*Tracking staff's annual leave and sickness
*Assisting with new start packs and processes
*Supporting recruitment process and recruitment admin
*Any other administrative tasks as appropriate.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Previous experience of working within a generalist HR Administration role
*Ability to prioritise and work across multiple tasks at anyone time
*Have exceptional attention to detail and administrative/data inputting skills
*Excellent communication skills
*A proactive approach in terms of seeking knowledge and asking questions
