Reporting directly to the HR advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for all employees and make sure that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. This is a fast paced role and you need to be able to handle a varied workload, use your initiative to help where it’s needed and you’ll understand the value of a good HR function and the importance of an administrator in making it run smoothly. You’ll work with a small but successful HR team who are passionate about helping them become the leading global media agency. You’ll deal with general admin, contracts, letters, holiday requests and support the HR advisor and manager closely.
You’ll be a proven administrator and passionate about creating a career in HR within the media industry. You’ll have top level administration and data skills and understand the value of process, but also be a ‘people’ driven worker and won’t shy away from gaining exposure to a range of HR duties. You’ll have some HR experience and will be looking for the next role to further your career, develop your skills and learn as much as you can.
