Manufacturing company with a range of staff from Board Members, through to Admin, Sales, Factory line and through to Marketing require the support of an HR Administrator. Reporting in to the Office/HR Manager they are looking for a candidate who is able to bring along proven HR/Personnel administration skills.
In this extremely busy position, you will be handling the whole HR remit from recruitment through to policy and procedures. Due to the nature of the business the manufacturing side of the business does have a lot of Health and Safety equipment that needs to be provided, therefore you will need to monitor that staff are up to date and indeed wearing the equipment provided.
Please note this is a new position within the department therefore we are looking for someone who has the foundations of working within a similar position and not afraid of a new challenge! If you are looking for an established HR department, this is not for you!
You will be based in North Somerset, however will need to visit the factory in South Wales therefore a driver is required. Expenses are covered.
