Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a leading organisation looking for an HR Administrator for a permanent, full time contract.
The successful candidate will work within a strong existing HR team handling all aspects of HR administration supporting HR and Operational Managers across the business. Multi-disciplined team providing transactional level support.
*To ensure that all employee records, including confidential data, training records as well as any changes and anomalies are accurately recorded
*Able to transfer paper files to HRIS and deal with variety of T&Cs across the business
*Support the business with training courses, organising and booking relevant rooms
*Play a key part in ensuring that the security checks for starters are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to ensure no delays in their start dates
*Play an active part in the recruitment process
*Supporting the Managers on a range of projects to ensure data is collated accurately
*Monitoring Best Practice and actively contributing ideas to improve the Administration processes
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualification or equivalent, or working towards this.
*Demonstrable experience within HR in a fast paced company offering volume level support
*Have exceptional attention to detail and administrative/data inputting skills
*Excellent communication skills
*A proactive approach in terms of seeking knowledge and asking questions
