Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator for a permanent, full time contract. My client is a leading brand based in the WF8 area.
This is a very fast paced role, so the ability to multi-task, deal with volumes of work, efficiently and at speed is critical.
My client requires the following skills:
*Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries. This will be via phone, email and face to face so an ability to quickly assimilate information and manage expectations is needed.
*Management of HR documentation, from offer letters, contracts and all contractual changes through the employee life cycle.
*Pulling together of new-starter packs and accurate attention to detail
*Support Senior HR and the wider HR team on HR related policies, procedures and legislation
*Responsible for processing all starters, leavers and employment changes as well as ensuring clearance checks and Right to Work checks have been completed.
*Work with Line Managers in managing day to day queries such as sickness, absence, Maternity and Paternity queries as well as offering generalist first level advice.
*Additional Ad-hoc duties within HR working with different teams as necessary.
*Accurately maintain the HR system, ensuring fully compliant with all employment legislation.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Desirable: CIPD qualification or equivalent, or working towards this.
*Demonstrable experience in a fast paced HR team offering volume transactional level support
*Have produced MI and analysis of data from HR/Payroll systems
*Excellent communication skills
*Have a "no problem" attitude
