They are now looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a fixed term contract until December 2018.
As their HR Administrator, you will support the HR team in organising elements of the recruitment process, particularly testing administration and organising of interviews, whilst taking responsibility for the timely and accurate filing of personnel data, both electronic and paper based. You will also support the Training and Development Officer in the administration of their role to include booking training events and supporting with the set up.
All that they ask is that you have previous administration experience gained within a corporate environment and have the ability to work with confidential information. With excellent organisation, planning and time management skills, you will be able to manage conflicting priorities and demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving. With a pro-active and self-motivated approach to all aspects of the role, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, and have the ability to build strong working relationships.
