Elevation HR are delighted to be working on behalf of one of our Manufacturing clients based in Dearne Valley looking for a HR Administrator. Due to an exciting period of growth, my clients HR team now requires a strong HR Administrator to provide critical support to the HR Business Partner and wider business.
The role will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient and timely HR Administrative support service to all employees and managers within the business.
You will be responsible for supporting with a wide range of operational HR duties inclusive of recruitment, starter and leaver documentation, assisting with inductions, monitoring sickness and absences, coordinating training courses and events, as well as providing ad hoc advice to employees and line managers.

Elevation HR are keen to speak with candidates with the following:
- Minimum 1-2 years HR Administration experience
- Knowledge of Payroll systems (desirable)
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong IT skills; including Microsoft Office Suite & HR Software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
