In this role your main duty will be to support the Head of HR and support the HR/H&S team to ensure consistency and legal compliance across the Division. You will have a team of Payroll/HR Co-ordinators and whilst not exhaustive you will be accountable to manage these sectors –
· General HR.
· Recruitment and Induction.
· Learning, Development and Performance Management.
· Training and Development.
· Health & Safety.
· Graduate/Degree in HR.
· Good numerical & analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft.
· Interpersonal skills & ability to converse with all levels of colleagues.
· Ability to work well as part of a team or on own initiative.
