I'm the chairman of the bored"
Iggy Pop sang it in 1979 but 40 years later, it still describes perfectly the hum drum, monotonous nature of your HR Admin role.
You're bored. You're the chairman of the bored.
It doesn't have to be this way.
Our clients HR Administrator role will let you engage and influence up and down the company, using your initiative and curiosity to learn and contribute.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
You will gain experience in their high-growth environment, where the people and culture agenda forms an integral part of the business.
How does that sound? If it strikes the right chord, then read on to see if you are a fit ...
HR Administrator Requirements:
You have experience within a similar HR role, so can help to ensure the seamless takeover of People processes from the current incumbent (Becky is based in Lancing and this role is moving to our clients Hammersmith HQ, but she will work with you for 2 months so you know exactly what you’re doing).
You are well organised and efficient (you’re one of life’s completer-finishers) and have experience using an HR Information System (HRIS) so prepared to roll with what theirs can and can’t do.
You are good with numbers and able to assist with benefits, payroll admin, tax and payslip queries.
You recognise that relationships are everything, so are quick to get to know your colleagues, what they do and how you can help them.
You genuinely enjoy what you do; it’s apparent in your energy levels, the initiative and curiosity that you show in wanting to learn and contribute.
You are open to feedback, a fast learner and prepared to try new things as you understand how this opportunity helps you to get to the next level.
You are social media friendly, frequently dropping into the company LinkedIn profile and comfortable getting involved in the internal comms channels; starting conversations and engaging with relevant threads.
You are happy to take the initiative and champion projects such as new hire and onboarding processes and streamlining the way policies and procedures are developed and shared.
