Our client is now looking for a dedicated and highly organised HR Administrator to support the HR team on a 6 month, fixed term basis. This role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate a really keen attention to detail and the drive to complete multiple tasks to a very high standard. The role is a real mixture of everyday tasks such as filing, scanning, producing correspondence and ensuring that the team is "on track" as well as, supporting project work. In particular, you will be focused on ensuring that both our paper and electronic personnel files are up to date and well managed. There will also be the opportunity to support our salary review period. You will also be the first line responder to our HR Admin inbox and will have responsibility to answer or escalate queries as necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have HR Administration experience and be able to clearly articulate how they have ensured a high level of accuracy whilst still working within tight deadlines. It will be essential that you can demonstrate how you have supported multiple HR Business Partners and stakeholders. You will be working in a friendly and outgoing team who are keen to support the development of your skills and experience.
