SF Group is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for an 8 Month FTC to support on a project with one of our key clients based in South Leicester. This role would suit someone with a solid grounding in HR administration and is to start ASAP so ideally you will be immediately available or on a week's notice. This is a great brand and would really add value to your HR CV.Key Responsibilities: Work with the HR Admin Manager to deliver an efficient HR administration service to all business sites and to ensure excellence in customer serviceProduce and send out offer packs, including offer letters and contracts to all new joiners in the businessSend out new contracts where an amendment has been receivedTake up references for all new joiners and respond to reference requests from other third parties, communicating with the HR team promptly where references may not be satisfactoryBe aware of SLA targets and audit requirements for HR administration services and to ensure that these are met through regular communication with the HR Admin ManagerProcess applications for staff discount, according to the defined criteriaAdminister the Healthcare benefits schemeProcess applications for Season ticketsMake best use of all IT systems to deliver an excellent service, identifying and communicating improvements where necessaryMaintain all HR files, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and being aware of the process for subject access requestsAdministering the refer a friend schemeProduce and distribute reports, including but not limited to, long service, eligibility and sicknessProvide general administrative support to the wider team Key Skills: Service focusedConfidentialTeam playerExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsHighly organised and efficientAttention to detailAbility to meet deadlines This role is paying 18,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 9-5.
