Salary £20,000 per annum
Our client provide state of the art, point of care diagnostics and single-use rapid tests to thousands of Human and Animal Heath customers around the world.
They are now looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team in the UK on a full time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.
Within the role you will provide a customer focused, comprehensive and professional administrative support service to managers and employees, in line with company policies, procedures and legal requirements. Preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts for all new employees, and variation letters for existing employees, you will ensure that key administrative HR processes are being followed.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven individual looking to consolidate existing HR experience whilst extending their knowledge, skills and experiences of HR. With strong HR administration experience, and ideally a CIPD qualification, you will have excellent Microsoft office skills, coupled with good all-round administration and IT skills.
Highly organised, and an excellent communicator, you will be flexible and adaptable, and will have the ability to multitask, prioritise your workload and the ability to influence colleagues when leading the HR operation in the UK.
