Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Monmouth, South Wales
Salary: £18000 - £19000 dependant on experience
Position: Permanent, Full Time

The company is a leading Importer of Natural Stone and Porcelain Products in the UK; they are a family run business that has grown into a very successful and reputable company within the industry. They have 10 showrooms across the UK and are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant/Administrator to support their HR Manager at their Head Office in Monmouth.
The main purpose of the role is to support the day to day running of the HR department. Duties include, managing the holiday entitlement, managing the staff rota, putting together offers of employment, drafting letters, updating the absence register, maintaining the personnel records, filing and adhoc projects.
We look for people that are very organised, have excellent attention to detail, a professional outlook, understand the importance of confidentiality and are personable.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, computer literate with a good understanding of accurate record keeping and have experience of working in an administrative capacity. Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential.
