Join Their Team as an HR & Talent Acquisition Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role.

They are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join their HR & Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support with Administration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities.

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support for the HR & TA Team.
- Casual and Freelance Contracts: Conduct online CEST tests, create freelance agreements, and liaise with finance to set up freelance accounts.
- Casual Staff Management: Oversee the administration for casual staff, including offers, onboarding, and processing leavers.
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new starters, including reference checks, right to work, and DBS checks.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits schemes, including adding/removing employees and issuing eyecare vouchers.
- Reference Management: Manage all reference requests, including employment and mortgage references.
- Org Charts and Work Experience: Update organisational charts for new starters and leavers and manage work experience requests.
- Adhoc Support: Provide additional support to HR Administrators during peak times and assist with HR-related letters and processes.
- Project Support: Provide general admin support to the HR & TA team on projects and ad hoc requests.
- Essential Skills.
- High level of technical IT competence
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage time pressures and changing business demands
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Good communication skills
