They currently have two opportunities for HR Administrators and an opportunity for a Junior HR Administrator to join them in Gloucester.

 

Within this role, you will provide a proactive, customer driven HR support to the Branch Operational Network and employees, whilst providing support with new starters / leavers, job compensation / structure change administration, plus data and document management. Accurately entering data and uploading documentation onto their HR System (Workday), you will ensure compliance, data protection and confidentiality always, whilst producing standard documentation as required. Contributing to the continuous improvements of Workday, you will collate core data for operational reporting purposes, whilst building, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and central support colleagues.

 

With previous data input experience, the HR Administrator will ideally possess a good knowledge of IT systems. A knowledge of Workday would be desirable however, this is not essential to the role. A competent user of Excel, you will possess a strong customer focus ideally in a shared services environment. An effective communicator, you will have a knowledge of HR processes and procedures coupled with the ability to multi-task whilst working to tight deadlines.

 

For their Junior position, they are looking for strong administration skills, excellent customer service experience, ideally working within a similar environment.

 

Moreover, they are looking for an individual who can take a fresh approach with the motivation to work well independently and as part of a team.
