We are a duo of a marketing agency and a culture consultancy, each with their own brand and own identity. They work with big names on huge campaigns and complex projects where no two days are the same. The HR team works alongside other Shared Services functions, such as Finance and IT, to support the agencies at all levels in a pragmatic, approachable and client-first manner.
We’re not corporate and are fairly informal in our approach; however that doesn’t get in the way of hard work and professionalism.
You’ll be joining us in a multi-faceted role, providing support on several fronts, so need to be comfortable juggling a varied and past-paced role. HR administration is your primary focus so attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion are vital.
You’ll also be providing cover on a daily basis to the reception function, so a polite and friendly manner and exceptional communication skills are a must. Our Group Chairman will also be relying on you for ad-hoc admin support.
Overall you’ll be pro-active in your approach, always striving to deliver the best possible work and able to manage expectations effectively.
Ideally you’ll have some experience with HR already, but definitely will have worked in an administration role before, and if you’ve got reception experience, even better.
