Part-time HR Administrator

Do you want to become a part of a growing, friendly and proactive HR team? Working in the City Centre of Nottingham in their stylish and light office, with access to tram, bus and train links this is the perfect location.

This is a part time role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm, supporting the Head of People and HR Assistant with various HR admin tasks including attendance, on-boarding, recruitment and assisting with reports.

Working for an award-winning retail technology company who provide IT support to high end Retailers and Hospitality.

What will they ask you to do?

There will be a variety of daily tasks to undertake - no two days are the same. You will be responsible for their on-boarding process which starts before the employee joins, following this through to ensuring each new starter is prepared for their first day. Behind the scenes, you will create the employee files and obtain all the necessary pre-employment checks.

You will be involved with their recruitment process from sourcing candidate applications, liaising with agencies, advertising roles on job boards to organising our very busy recruitment days.

They work in a team of team's way and so from time to time you will need to roll up your sleeves and get involved; this will mean covering for their Office Administrator on reception who works within the HR Team.

There will also be a need to assist with admin support for the Learning and Development team when required.

What skills you will need:-

- Previous admin skills within a HR environment;
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures;
- Keen eye for detail, accuracy is a must;
- Excellent word and excel skills;
- Communication skills - have the ability to work with varying levels
