Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team! You will earn £23,400 - £25,500 (actual salary £18,720 - £20,400) working 30 hours per week over 4 days – with the potential to increase to Full time. 

You will be a motivated and committed individual who will work alongside the Management Team to develop the HR/Personnel & Training processes and be part of the exciting development of the services. 

Our client provides opportunities for vulnerable young people and adults with sever and complex learning difficulties. 

Key Duties;
Deal with day to day HR administration requirements
Responsible for the administration required during the recruitment process- including advertisement; interview letter; DBS checks; references; UK identification etc.
Provide the initial Induction to new staff specifically about personnel and HR details of their employment
Ensure alongside the CEO and HR Consultant that personnel files are up to date including Contracts
Manage the Holiday spreadsheets for staff and next steppers
Ensuring the training requirements of the staff are met
To maintain a close working relationship with parents and carers and liaise with them regularly to ensure the most appropriate service for the next steppers
Regularly updating Risk Assessments in consultation with all staff and Health and Safety Officer
(Please note this is just a guide of some of the duties you will be required to complete)

What do you need?
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 1-5 including English and Maths.
Experience of working in an office for a minimum of 2 years.
Good practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic bookkeeping
Clear and comprehensive oral and written skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
