Elevation HR are currently working with a professional services client to recruit a HR Administrator. This role would suit a recent HR graduate or someone who is looking to develop their career within HR.

This role will include:

*Support the HR team with Employee Relations issues, attending meetings and writing notes
* Support the recruitment process to include adverts and pre-screening
*Process all new starters and leavers
*Employee on-boarding documentation
*Provide administrative support with regards to any training
*Support the coordination of medical referrals
*Ensure all personal files are kept up to date
*Assist in the administration of the Company's benefits

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

* HR Graduate
* Experience of HR Administration within a professional services environment
