Based in Broadstairs with excellent communication links, this impressive Specialist School requires a passionate, committed and suitably experienced HR Adviser for an immediate start.

The successful candidate provide Human Resources based administrative support to the school, be the first point of contact to resolve queries from staff and management relating to pay, terms and conditions, liaise with the Local Authority and to Supervise/Manage other HR staff on a day to day basis.

Successful applicants will undoubtedly be passionate and hard-working professionals who possess a wealth of experience ideally gained within an education or local authority setting and will also have exemplary organisational skills and excellent written and communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines while being able to respond to changing priorities.  Candidates with recognised CIPD studies would be of particular interest.
